Excellent. I have been leaving my phone and ipad plugged in at home and wondered if I was doing the right thing. My phone aways alerts me to unplug when fully charged. But my albeit limited knowledge of these batteries made me think that a fully charged battery should disconnect when full and bypass battery while on charger. Glad to see this point out there. Any experts or others out there disagree? It would be interesting to hear their reasoning.
