I just checked them to make sure they were still valid as Chrome does get frequent updates. The instructions still work. You might want to watch the video that MultiTechs posted in the comments above. It shows more visually how to fix it.

Not even a search result for pop up or any variation. I must have the communist version of chrome then right?
